What areas do you serve?
We currently offer gift wrapping services to all the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area with round-trip pick-up and delivery to zip codes within a 25 mile radius. Our Gift Helper Lists are available to all gift givers nation-wide!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All of our services are subject tax.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Lead time depends on the type of product you choose:
Gift Wrapping (Everyday & Premium): Please allow 48-72 hours for final delivery, depending on quantity and size.
Gift Helper Lists: We recommend 24-48 hours lead time, especially for lists larger than four (4) people.
Tight on time and need gifts wrapped yesterday? Select our 24 Hour Rush service, an additional $5/gift.
How do I know the size of my gift?
We recommend reviewing our sizing example found on our services page. If you’re still unsure, please don’t hesitate to email us hello@wellwrappedgifts.com with your gift’s dimensions and we will be happy to help you figure out sizing.
What will my gift look like?
Upon checkout, you will complete a form to help us understand what colors, tagged names and more you are looking for. For special requests, note these in the message section of your form upon checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How do you ensure the condition of my gifts?
As we receive gifts, we verify the contents of the unmarked boxes and inspect the external condition. If anything appears outwardly damaged or incorrect, we will contact you immediately. Santa's Underground guarantees a gift to be in the same condition as when it is received but is not otherwise liable for incorrect, damaged or missing gifts. Well-Wrapped Gifts guarantees gifts to remain in the same condition as when they were received by us but is not otherwise liable for incorrect, damaged or missing gifts. Lastly, all presents are stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
